What is "Pre-order from OTOME"?

Have you decided to buy a mascara, shampoo or moisturizer, but they are out of stock? No problem - we offer you to pre-order the desired product and get a significant discount for waiting!

In the online store OTOME implemented a full system of pre-order, through which you can order something that is not available either from us or from competitors. We can say that if this product is not in our online store, you can not find it anywhere in Ukraine! Simply because we are the official importer of Japanese cosmetics Wamiles and their brands: OTOME and SHINSHI.
After placing a pre-order we will find the missing products for you as quickly as possible, because only we know the terms of the arrival of a new batch of cosmetics to our warehouse in Ukraine.

What is the catch?

1. You are entitled to priority shipment of the products when they arrive at the warehouse. Customers who have placed an order in advance will receive the products before the others, even before they reach the shelves of our partners!
2. You will have the opportunity to order what you need. We can include in the delivery what you hadn't even planned for. For example, have you been looking for a quality mascara or a hair loss tonic for some time, and they appear on our website under the brand name "PRE-ORDER"? Place a standard order for these products, and they will soon be in your hands!
3. You will get a significant discount on quality Japanese cosmetics. The discount on individual products can be up to 50%. In addition to accessing Japanese-style beauty, you'll also save money!

How does it work?

Items available for pre-order carry a special mark on the photo: "PRE-ORDER" and are listed in a special category on the official website. Once you have decided which items you need, you will need to complete the pre-order and make the payment in advance.
It is important to note that pre-orders without prepayment are not relevant and are not processed by our managers.

What happens next?

After placing the pre-order, our employee will contact you to inform you about the lead time of the desired goods and finalize the pre-order.

And then what?

And what's next is the best part! We expedite our customs agents and international cargo delivery service, which in a short time will establish the location of the goods you are interested in and determine the time of arrival at the warehouse in Ukraine. After receiving the goods, our employee will contact you again and inform you that the order is finished and ready to be shipped by our courier or delivery service of our regular partner - "Novaya Pochta".

What if I change my mind?
